A Confirmed finding applies only to its stated subset; it does not confirm the broad original record.
Actual projects return agreed Excel / CSV fields with record references, findings, correction candidates, evidence, unresolved reasons and next checks. The customer retains final overseas fitment, catalog mapping and publication decisions.

Exceptionally small scopes: approximately US$200–300
Pricing is not based only on row count.
The quote also depends on:
the fields,
product groups,
source availability,
input quality,
research difficulty,
number of exceptions,
and the agreed output.
A brief Free Scope Check can be used to determine:
whether the request fits the service,
what information will be required,
and what conditions are needed for a quote.

The free scope check does not include:
a technical answer,
completed research,
a corrected full Excel file,
or any other completed technical deliverable.
Send one current issue or a small representative sample.
Review the written scope, deliverables, exclusions, price and target delivery before deciding.
Confirm the agreed scope in writing or submit your purchase order to D-GATE.
D-GATE issues the formal invoice and payment instructions.
Pay the agreed invoice after reviewing and approving the quotation.
Written scope approval, full payment confirmation and required materials must all be in place.
D-GATE performs the agreed source-based review.
Receive the agreed digital findings and disclosed limitations.
Whether you reply to a Sales Partner or contact D-GATE directly, the same formal process applies. A Sales Partner may continue ordinary sales and procurement follow-up through the purchasing decision and after invoice issuance, but only D-GATE accepts the order, issues or confirms payment instructions, confirms payment receipt and confirms work start. An independent Sales Partner cannot accept an order or customer funds on D-GATE’s behalf.
Paid Product Data services require 100% payment in advance. The actual quotation controls the delivery target and quotation validity (normally 14 days). Special payment terms or other exceptions require D-GATE’s written approval.
Formal quotations and invoices are issued by D-GATE. Pay only using instructions issued or confirmed by D-GATE, never an independent Sales Partner’s personal bank account or card link. If unsure, verify with suematsu@dgate.jp.
Additional scope requires a separate agreement / quotation. An inconclusive result alone does not automatically mean a refund. Review the Commercial Terms and Legal / Seller Information before approval.

D-GATE also does not provide:
physical vehicle inspection,
final overseas-market fitment guarantees,
legal certification,
or safety certification.
